Most Revel models have an existing circular mounting plate (screw holes are in a circular pattern) for this table top, but some have the rectangular Lagun table mount (6 holes in a 3x2 grid).  Because of this variance, the customer will need to use their existing table mounting plate (circular or rectangular) to trace the hole pattern and drill the screw holes themselves.  Take care to not drill all the way through your table top by using a drill bit collar or even just masking tape to mark the drill bit to prevent drilling too far into the table top.
